Just as information management, excellence improvement, monetary management, and other functions are becoming dim all through an organization, so is the management of human resources. It's flattering everyone's job to build an organization that learns rapidly, adapts fast to change, is staffed suitably, and performs efficiently. These are the response level, the learning level, the performance level, and the consequences level (Kirkpatrick, 1959a).
