The advent of globalization has resulted in demanding diversified skills from a manager. A manager needs to be versatile and extremely proactive in moldings the situation for the profitability of the organization. Cross cultural communication skills play a vital role in diffusing the desired information to the right person at the right situation. Cross communication skills signifies the role of a manager to leverage the organization goals and objectives with the individuals goals.

Effective communication between the hierarchical positions leads to a free and uninterrupted flow of information. Manager as a facilitator does not confine only to implementing and moving forward the organization goals, managers are a vital liaison but the core working group and the decision making groups.Manager facilitates the process flow from the conceptual stage to the finishedproduct stage till it reaches to the target customerMaintains sound relationship with clients to enhance the business opportunities and to build organization reputationAble administration and allocation of resources at the right position to utilize them precisely for the defined purposeHighly proactive in encouraging the spirit of the employees to excel in their respective domainsStriving for innovation and working on enhancing the work culture in tune with the contemporary needs.

Competent in tapping the employees concerns and resolving them in such a way that both the organization and employees would benefit.
