Affiliation) Relationship Management To understand the significance of e-commerce I the business and management relationship, let us define what e-commerce stands for. E-commerce is defined foundation of all forms of business activities that is done through the use of Internet. These transactions include the following: e tailing, B2B, intranets and extranets, online services/ads, anything that is done using the Internet, as a form of communication and business is e-commerce. In the process, the involvement of business in e-commerce creates a reduction in the cost of the transaction. What is surprisingly about this relationship its that the burden is not shouldered by one person (or owner of the company), rather it is a business partnership by which this relation with the customers creates a competitive advantage and challenge to one another. In addition, e-commerce is generally associated with buying and selling via internet or conducting transactions that technically involves the use of a computer (network) and then transactions that needed ownership or rights to use the goods and service for the internet. This industry seems to be growing. This is because as based on the International Data Corp (IDC) the estimated value of the global e-commerce in 2000 was roughly towards the US $350.38 billion. These figures are projected to climb up every yea, and it did, by 2004, the IDC rose by 10%. This shows that the market place is now being shifted towards the use of computer, internet. There is a huge market via Internet. But in order to understand this better, here are the basic concepts in e-commerce. There are some of the basic concepts of e-commerce that applies to understanding the difference of the relationship formation and maintenance in the market space and also in the market place. The E-commerce generally used a huge scope of technologies in order to provide the needs of its market wherever they may be. The relationship of e-commerce to its market place is to be able to provide both pre and post sales support; internal email and messaging, the online publishing of corporate documents and forms, and lastly the advertising and promotion of products and services. Furthermore, since the scope of the e-marketing is huge, there was a decision to create 3 categories in order to cater all aspects in the function of e commerce, and these are: Business to Consumer (B2C), the Business to Business (B2B), and lastly, the Consumer to Consumer (C2C). Each category comprises of significant remarks that distinguishes one from the other, thus it also enable to provide the right business/marketing format to each categories. In addition, there is also what we call (B2G) business to government, and (m-commerce) mobile commerce. Amongst all this types of e business, (B2B) is one of the most simplified and is now being used in all most all kinds of Internet business. This is because the market place and market space are both confined and provided with such great power through the use of internet. For example, the B2B has two kinds of market concepts: e-frastructure and e-markets. E-frastructure is more or less used for the market space this is where the design, the architectural concepts are being done as based on the niche market or product to be develop and launched. Since Internet is provides the main feature in the development of the business, there is an advantage doing business. This is because the niche here over the internet is well defined and also organized, there are domains for the buyers and also for the sellers, now the clients have more choices to make and the web page (although limited in terms of seeing the product for real and checking the quality is not totally a problem such that most companies who have done and using e-commerce in their business have made a remarkable name already in the industry prior to the e-commerce. That is why from here we can already see the impact of the B2B markets through the Internet and its impact in the global economy. The relationship however of the market place for the e-business provides a great opportunity for market. The clients are increasing because they allow the products on the website to be seen across the countries. This provides the sellers to expand their business across the countries, creating the same products they are known from. Eventually because there is a huge market via Internet, these businesses have become more extensive. Normally, because of the huge market and various needs that their market always looked up to, the sellers creates more designs more products than they used to. This again creates the cycle of increasing the revenue of their market. This relationship is important to understand the market place because everything happens in the Internet. Again, given a specific niche market to focus your products or whatever you sell in the Internet is more likely to generate income. The additives in this kind of market is actually beyond one's expectation because more people can appreciate the products and with the trend of globalization, there are about 90% of success rates and about 10% loss. That is my market place significant for the e-commerce. The important thing here is to target the right niche or market and then the rest will follow, once the market is establish. In the study of e-commerce, professional businessmen, entrepreneurs and analyst, there are both advantages and difference in the marketing relationship between the relationship formation and maintenance of the market space than in the marketplace. Like in (B2B), both parties would find it important to address and assess the marketplace more to aspire great performance and revenue in their own market. Advertisers, and financers strictly scrutinize the market place than the market space. The place would sometimes dictate whether the market will accept the product and also if the product fits the dimension and scenario in that area. To be able to understand these concepts and how does it makes a difference when it comes to market place and market space, we need to understand and realize that e-commerce have three primary purpose towards the development and improvement of business. First the production process, here it includes the procurement, ordering and the replenishing of the stocks, the processing of the payments, the link between suppliers and buyers via electronic, and others. Customer focus process on the other hand includes the promotion and marketing efforts, the selling of goods over the internet, the payment and purchases of the client, and others a like. Lastly, the internet management process where in it includes the employee services, training, internet information sharing, and other electronic application that enhances the information flow between the sales and its production. These three primary processes in business enhancements create a huge difference in the market space. How, the relationship of the staff and employee over offices is noted to be one of the crucial factors and sometimes reasons for either the development and improvement of the companies business or sometimes their problem. Where as in electronic or in e-commerce, the market space is conservative, the service providers are the one's doing the job, which means the employee are trimmed down to its minimum. Everything is being done, process and submitted, and purchased via Internet. This make everything becomes really easy and automatic. Further more, e-commerce prior to any start of the transaction is done carefully and sees to it that everything was taken cared of, because of this, minimal errors are being done. That is why, in the aspect of maintaining the relationship of the market between its formation and maintenance is important because they allow the output (product) to be known to a lot of people (expanding the niche), creating a more dynamic market concept and product. Marketing competition is high nowadays, especially with the use of e commerce, in this phase of marketing and business, the maintenance of once market creates a huge impact in other competitors. So, the formation of market place should be cared accordingly and updated at all times. Actually at present most corporations and industries are encourage to use the e-commerce are part of their business. Although there are companies who still are doing trades in the usual and standard way, e-commerce saves the time, the effort, the resources and have minimal errors because everything is done through electronic. The transactions are normally between the supplier and the buyer or the buyer and the seller. There are series or level of counter checking the stocks, the quality of the product, the placement of order or purchased order and other. This is actually the new age of business for all companies. In the research, it was mentioned that e-commerce plays a significant aspect in the world of globalize economy. This means in e-commerce as well, everything is assessed and evaluated in order to continue the development and consistency of everyone's product and overall improvement. To add, the maintenance of the marketplace (based on the output provided) was on the performance of the product in the e-business. Once the company rise up through achieve more sales and revenues, the maintenance goes with it as well (developing more product, more convenient way to trade and purchase products, and others). This is also the reason, that this market continues to grow and developed a more organized, more user-friendly, and other qualities, is to allow e-commerce continually create a more dynamic and steadfast output.
