The complexities and chaos that life throws at us, cause us to lose our spontaneity and clarity of mind, thereby affecting our efficiency. It is preferred if an educator has the goals clearly defined along with the planned course of action to achieve the same. Education is a very broad term and contains many components and aspects which one tends to forget if thinking power is narrowed down.
