Organizational Behavior is studied to understand what team work means, unless the employees gel together as a unit no organization can ever prosper. Here is when organizational behavior comes handy, it is all about learning about yourself and the people working with you and this statement is from the perspective of an Entrepreneur. The same also gives a very good opportunity to become familiar with the team of colleagues; this is very helpful in accomplishing future projects. For the topic to be understood, a comprehensive understanding of what an Organization means is also requires, an Organization is basically a social unit which is composed of people who strive towards the achievement of common goals and in doing so the people in the social unit often face many obstacles.

These obstacles can be easily solves if the concept of Organizational behavior is understood. There are many challenges involved in understanding what organizational behavior means, a good understanding of job satisfaction is a must to understand, in addition to this it is also important to understand what motivates the employees, the individual differences have to be understood. These are some of the most important concepts which have to understood I order to understand what organizational behavior is "Using common sense and experience to deal with human behavior problems can work under conditions where change is very slow, and where one has likely dealt with a similar situation in the past and learned from past mistakes.

But the environment we have to deal with is increasingly diverging from such a pattern. We are confronting situations and problems we have not dealt with and are being asked to solve them more quickly and more skillfully than ever before. Some of these changing conditions include: fast paced organizational change fast changing technology ever shorter life cycles for products, services work force diversity declining loyalty skill deficiencies increased demand for flexibility, continually improving quality" (Human Behavior, 30 September 2008).

When common sense is talked about in relation with Physics or for that matter Statistics, the same does not fit in quite appropriately because over the years there have been many a law which has been invented in these fields, whenever people belonging to these fields encounter any problem, they make use of the laws invented and solve the problem immediately, on the contrary there are no laws which can be followed in studying organizational behavior because laws can only be applied to similar situations whereas in organizational behavior each individual involved behaves differently and is unique, so no law can be applied on different people.

There are so many problems which come up every day in an organization and the solutions to these problems is expected to be found put at the earliest, it is a very challenging task and involves creativity and common sense. Without the application of common sense organizational behavior can never be understood. Dealing with different people in an organization requires the use of common sense. For instance, if a Boss understands that shouting at his/her employees will not help, instead their performance will go down, in this case the Boss has to put his common
