One of the most complicated thought-provoking and annoying phenomenons in recent times has been the widespread unpredictable and misbehavior by the youths of the society. Every day we learn, hear, and see scores of cases of juvenile and youth crime incidents starting from nonattendance to first-degree murder. It is quite obvious that such violations of law by the youth draw a lot of media attendance leave aside the special attendance by law enforcement agencies, sociologists, criminologists, and other social and behavioral scientists.

In order to go deep into the root of the trouble in a child’s life, we have to analyze and find out whether there is any factor that has influenced the growth of social imbalance in his life. These factors can be biological, social, parental, and others. Social inequality often is responsible for the damage caused in a healthy society. It is impossible to have equality of status in a society as it is the diversity in a society that exists but this inequality is also responsible for the stress and turbulence in society.

High-status individuals get better options in society than others. In a society, it is common to demarcate a status to the amount of money, wealth, the house in which one lives, or the level of education. Youths are susceptible to the angry reactionary effect of the above factors and it is channelized in the form of antisocial or criminal activities against the society. The family structure is sometimes responsible for the delinquent behavior of the children. IT is misnomer to categorize any youth coming from a particular background to be of criminal nature and any youth irrespective of age and social class can be involved in criminal activities.

For the last decade, media is emphasizing on the research aspect of youth crime and the reason behind its occurrence. Earlier the reason for crime in youths was supposed to be family feud especially relationships with parents and mentors.
