The process is simple and a few steps helps the customers to ensure that the products gets dispatched at the correct location and at the right time. Adidas Adidas looks to have s slightly complicated process as the person purchasing the product has to pass from one stage to the other before being directed to the payment page. The process is a lengthy one and looks towards concentrating different areas. The process entails towards one where the details have to be gathered through every process and requires looking at different aspect before being directed to the payment page (Adidas, 2014). The process thereby looks at ensuring that the customers have to carry out a lengthy process before making the required payments Puma Puma has a simplified process where customers need to register first and then will be able to purchase different products. Conclusion The analysis of Nike, Puma, Adidas and Converse on different parameters associated with the website and its feature shows that all websites look towards working on similar phenomenon with very little differentiation among each other. The different organizations have developed the different needs and requirements where customer experience and different needs can be enhanced. It has been clearly identified that Nike leads in different areas as they have looked to develop their website and aims to provide different facilities and factors which can attract people. Other players like Adidas, Puma and Converse have followed similar strategies but Converse is lacking behind. Converse needs to look at different dimensions and look to learn from other players by making changes in their website appeal and having different features to be added along. The analysis shows that Nike is well along the lines where different aspect associated with logo, corporate id, currency and other aspect is well highlighted. In addition to it the opportunity to make purchases and looking towards adopting future strategies and developing ways through which better customer experience can be enhanced can be developed. Puma and Adidas are very close to Nike and lacks in only few areas as all competitors look to copy the strategies of other players and aim towards developing their strategies based on it. This has thereby led towards reducing differentiation between the different players and has created a level playing field where different aspect associated with customer experience has been maximized. The analysis also brings forward the fact that Converse is looking towards adopting a differentiated strategy where they look towards attracting customers based on different dimensions. The overall phenomenon which Converse has adopted has looked towards working on being on a differentiated model and has thereby helped to ensure that the overall mechanism through which different activities are carried out can be differentiated. Other players like Adidas and Puma has looked to follow other players and has thereby ensured that the strategy which players have adopted is similar. The analysis thereby helps to provide an important aspect and shows the manner in which different players have looked towards differentiated strategy and based on their offerings has looked to attract customers based on different factors. The overall mechanism thereby highlights that Nike is well advanced in comparison to other players and has thereby looked towards bringing the change in which different decisions are taken.
