Its commitments concentrate on modern technology, providing excellent customer service, diversification in customer choices and hygiene. The group has been leading the airline business by being efficient and effective in the maximization of business opportunities, responding to customer queries and feedback as a priority. The group aims at acquiring 70% of the airlines market share in the world. Virgin Group commitments are to maintain professionalism, accountability in resource utilization, creativity, and innovation through technology and consistency with excellency. Virgin Group has a variety of entrepreneurial skills that work for its success. For instance, it has sound decision-making process managers. They follow the company procedures, consults when need be, weigh the available options and pick the most suitable and cost effective. Such decisions regard to sales and marketing strategies and events, sourcing finances, production, and tender selection (Hellrirgel and Slocum, 2007, p.240). Virgin Group has advanced people skills that enable it execute daily tasks with ease and woo customer to its services. It has well trained personnel on customer service.
