The first question enables the surveyor to determine whether their product has been well accepted in the market by the consumers. The second question helps determine just how the consumer uses the tablet. The third question helps determine which tablet brand is most commonly used. The fourth question asks a question that will enable the cross analysis of why the progress of the tablet is moving in the way it is. When a commodity seems to ba lagging behind in the market, the researchers can determine the cause and relay it to the producers so that they can fix the aspect that has an error.

This form of research gives a clear view of how the consumer sees the product.
