The advert observed has been used to inform the customers that Samsung handsets are available and that have equally better applications and features like any other latest models or even better. The display on the advert shows the Samsung handset has more superior and modern with an appealing look. This type of advertising is employed mainly for introducing a new product or service in the market. It can also be used to boost the popularity of an already existing product in the market.

Consumers have to know that a certain product or service exists before they can go for it. This advertising, therefore, aims at creating a demand for the products and services and by extension sensitizing potential customers (Amaldoss & He, pg. 147). A well-informed customer derives satisfaction and is therefore motivated to buy a product or subscribe to a service the next time. It is through this that loyalty is created and customers are maintained.

            Considering the benefits of this form of advertising, it should therefore be considered an indispensable method of marketing that any business firm should embrace. Moreover, informative advertising should be made in a simple and comprehensive language that favors most customers if not all.

This type of advertising is employed mainly for introducing a new product or service in the market. It can also be used to boost the popularity of an already existing product in the market. Consumers have to know that a certain product or service exists before they can go for it. This advertising, therefore, aims at creating a demand for the products and services and by extension sensitizing potential customers (Amaldoss & He, pg 147).

More often than not customers have certain concerns about products available in the market, this can be in regard to their advantages and demerits as well as how to use these products. Very sensitive elements of a product such as prices, areas of use, and why a customer needs to buy that particular product are also elaborated through informative adverts. 

Relevant and precise information is of help and this can only be availed through effective and timely communication in form of informative adverts. A well-informed customer derives satisfaction and is therefore motivated to buy a product or subscribe to a service the next time. It is through this that loyalty is created and customers are maintained.    

Persuasive advertising

The advert is trying to prevail over customers by presenting the element of happiness. At a glance, a customer is able to associate the Coca-Cola drink with happiness good fortune contentment joy, and pleasure. Persuasive adverts involve emotional manipulation of customers and this is done by creating emphasis on the aesthetic features of the products and services.

            The qualities and uniqueness of the products are also considered and emphasized in prevailing on customers alongside how the product and services are friendly to use or subscribe to respectively (Armstrong, pg-2). Business organizations use persuasive advertising to heighten the demand for their products and services.

This is a paramount objective of advertising. After customers are aware of a certain product or service in the market it is vital that they get to understand why that particular product or service is considered elite. Persuasive adverts involve emotional manipulation of customers and this is done by creating emphasis on the aesthetic features of the products and services.

            This is particularly applicable especially when there are the same products and services being offered in the market by other businesses. Here the product with differentiated value becomes competitively strong in the market and sells best. In most competitive markets, it is of advantage to have better convincing skills and techniques of attracting customers. This goes a long way in helping the business to survive long enough even in the threat of stiff competition.

Something old is what you have had for a long time in use. This advert is trying to remind the customers that Coca-Cola has been in the market for a long time but is still the best choice of a drink. Customers are reminded to take the good side which in other words means to always buy this soft drink.

Business companies and organizations that have their products well established in the market have to devise ways of ensuring that the interests and awareness of the customers are strengthened. (Kurtz, pg-530) Once the product is well known, customers need something to always keep them reminded of the product in the market.
