The level of innovation at Apple also influenced preference for their product for both prestige and value. We also considered available distributors and their terms of sale and after-sales services. Purchase decision Based on the analysis, I decided to buy the PC, immediately, and from ACP Components, a PC distributer at from Santa Ana.

The previous encounter with the distributer influence the decision because of developed confidence, services offered, and favorable prices that include discounts. I made a cash purchase because I had the money and the store offer discounts on cash purchases. Post-purchase behavior The PC has been satisfactory, meeting my expectations from the distributor. Even though I come across other PC products in shops and advertisements, I still regard the product brand, model, and the distributor.
