Customers and Employee’s reactions during the service order:

The Arndale center is going through the process of refurbishment. Burger King Store at Luton in The Mall Arndale is a new, clean, and shiny one as compared to the old dingy, and dirty one. Before discussing the customer and employee interaction during service order; generic ways of customer service order is there. Customer and Employee interaction during the service order can be of one among three kinds [UYS12]:

  1. First Kind:

In the first kind of simple and to-the-point interaction, the employer is concerned about “What does the customer need?” And then client replied to the order of Item A at time T with price P. All the concerns in this kind of order are about the right and satisfied serving and nothing beyond it.

  1. Second Kind:

“What do you want?” following “How do you want it?” are the concerned questions of the employer. Now depending upon the want of a particular customer, the employee has to make sure that the exact want of the customer is facilitated.

  • Third Kind:

The third kind of interaction is the one in which the employee and customer go under the discussion in a way to elicit the exact need of the customer and then entertain it.

Earlier [MD09] customers have objections about the postponement in serving the order at different branches of Burger King and blog posts there that sounds like in the early development phase of Burger king customers have serious issues and the entertainment of enjoying food was fully spoiled by the long run wait in the way to order serving.

Burger King Store located at Luton is relatively a warm site to be visited in the winter seasons. Keeping into consideration the issues faced by Burger King customers in other stores, this branch is designed to be spacey, clean, and shiny to entertain as many customers as possible.

To ensure happy customer service, the staff is increased to an extent - in the relocated Burger King branch in Luton – that on routine days no waiting queues are noticed. It’s in occasional days when queues are there but with the efficient staff quick execution of the waiting, queues is no more a nightmare.

Service Quality:

Burger King is competing with McDonald's with its superb taste and people just love the way it is. The Standard of Burger King is really fared and demanding. Burger King located in Luton -The Mall Arndale is termed by regular customers as a “good branch at an excellent site”. Being slightly warmer, Luton is a high-quality point of sale in winter. Want a quick bite to eat so visit Burger King as it is indeed a good place. Following are some of the perspectives on the service quality offered in the Burger King located in Luton -The Mall:

  1. Spacious: A lot more capacity is offered by the Burger King branch located in Luton which makes the relocated and refurbished branch a good reason to choose over others. As compared to previous stores there is much more capacity to entertain huge amount of customers at a time.
  2. Clean and Shiny: The Arndale center is going through the process of refurbishment. Burger King Store in Luton is new, clean, and shiny as compared to the old dingy, and dirty one.
  3. Kids Serving: Kids' menu offered by Burger King is really fantastic. High chairs for kids are there to facilitate families. The absence of kids serving can be a nightmare for customers with kids.
  4. Staff Quality and Quantity: Boast in the quantity and quality of the staff is worth appreciating. The staff is well-organized and they make certain that each and every client is served quickly and on time. No lengthy queue of hungry customers is there standing still to wait. If there is a bit more quantity of customers to serve in occasional holidays then the efficient staff make sure that no customer will wait too long in the queue by ensuring quick serving of queue order [QL11].
  5. Toilet Issue: One of the issues regarding the service quality of Burger King located in Luton -The Mall Arndale, is the unavailability of the toilet. Toilets are there down the mall but families got served with kids found it too far away to go up and down during food serving.
Along with the limitations every food chain faces in its beginning phases, Burger King is there in its way to providing the best services to the customers and also seriously considering the reviews and complaints made by the concerned customers. Read More
