product, consumers would not be taking too much time in deciding where they need to go to buy chocolates and therefore going to places like restaurants, chocolate bars, coffee shops and lounges would come under the category of low involvement and as these decisions are more emotional rather than rational and there is less involvement and less thinking behind these decisions (Hawkins, Best, Coney, & Mookerjee, 2008) therefore the consumer buying decision for Ethels Chocolate Lounges would be low involvement and emotional decisions.

One of the most important factors that would influence a consumer to spend more time and money at Ethel’s chocolate lounge would be to socialize with people coming at the lounge. The lounge could provide great opportunities to people to spend time and socialize themselves with others and build their social network. Money is an important factor for consumers to spend their time and money as Ethel’s chocolate lounge would be offering chocolates at an affordable price therefore it would be an important factor for consumers.

As Ethel’s chocolate lounge would be making chocolates approachable to the masses and it would be offering chocolates at a lower price than others therefore other factor besides the cost of the chocolate would be the quality and taste of the chocolates. There is no point for consumers to come again and again to the lounge if the quality or taste of the chocolates is not good therefore it is important to offer high quality chocolates and products so that consumers can be satisfied and they would like to visit the bar again and again.

Quality is also important because it would be the one of the main reasons for people to come at the bar. The overall experience of the consumers would be another important factor influencing them to visit the longue regularly.
