This business marketing process is highly risk associated comparing to the tradition consumer marketing process as the organizations have to focus a narrow target segment. In addition to this, effective business performance of the firms in the business marketing significantly depends upon the strong relationship between the organizations and their business clients. (B) Business marketing is also known as business to business marketing. The characteristics of business marketing have been described below. Organizations in business marketing target fewer customers who are geographically concentrated and have limited accounting for the majority of the sales of the organizations. The organizations in business marketing adopt longer decision cycle as the organizations always try to maintain strong relationship with their potential business clients for a longer period of time. In this type of marketing, the business organizations strongly depend upon the personal selling process comparing to several mass media advertising or promotional strategy. The promotional cost in this business marketing process is quite lower comparing to the traditional consumer marketing process. The organizations in business marketing process used to focus on more rigid product standards for the potential business clients as it is important for the organizations to maintain an effective long term relationship with the business clients. In business marketing number and amount of the transaction of money are higher comparing to the tradition consumer marketing. In addition to this, this business marketing is high risk associated. Question 3 (A) Balance scorecard can be defined as the semi standard ordered report and a strategy performance management tool supported by several automation tools and design method that are used by the managers of a firm to monitor and control the execution of several activities by the employees within the organizations and the consequence of the execution. (B) Financial, internal business process, customer, and learning and growth are the four perspectives of application of the balance scorecard. It is always important for the organizations to identify several relevant high level financial measures in the business marketing strategy development6 model. Application of balance scorecard will help the organization to influence the shareholders of the organization and improve the financial stability. Customers or clients are the key growth drivers for an organization. It is highly important for the organization to develop effective relationship with business clients in order to enhance the developed business marketing strategy. Considering the perspective of internal business process can help the organizations to improve their business marketing strategies. It will help them to develop more unique business operation process and develop strong relationship with several external and internal stakeholders. Considering the perspective of learning and growth under the balance scorecard will help the organization to develop more unique business marketing strategies in near future to foster the growth rate. Several leading organizations used to review and monitor the executed strategy. It is true that the organizations need to develop effective internal business operation process in order to maintain the sustainability in business operation processes. Effective and valuable strategies will help the organizations to gain potential competitive advantages. On the other hand, monitoring the performance of developed strategies can help the organizations to develop more effective strategies in near future in case of any issues or difficulties. The needs of business clients and effective financial measures need to be incorporated by the organizations in order to maintain constant growth rate. Customers and different business clients always prefer high quality products and services against their money. The global business industry has become saturated due to presence of several leading competitors and their strong market share. Therefore, the organizations are trying to develop high q1uality products for the customers or different clients in order to gain the loyalty of the customers. Now-a-days, several leading organizations are trying to maintain sustainable and high quality manufacturing process to develop new products. It helps the organizations to develop products according to the market demand and customer needs. In addition to this, several organizations make appropriate resource commitments to the society or community. It is true that these aspects need to be considered by the organizations as clearly focused business operation strategy, appropriate resource commitments and high quality manufacturing process help the organizations to make good and strong relationship with several external and internal stakeholders. In addition to this, it helps to maintain social and environmental sustainability that can result potential competitive advantages for the organizations. Governments of different countries are developing several environmental policies for the business organizations to maintain the carbon emission and air pollution level. Looking into these challenges several organizations are trying to follow the developed rules and regulations in order to avoid several external environmental challenges. It is highly important for the organizations to motivate the employees and several suppliers in the supply chain network to follow the organizational policies and corporate ethics. In addition to this, it is highly important for the organizations to maintain strong relationship with the suppliers to gain high quality resources to develop new products. These all are necessary for the organizations in the business to business marketing process where the quality of services or products and the business operation processes matter for the business clients. It is a type of industry in which selling and buying of goods and services are done through electronic systems, such as different computer networks and internet. Organizations implement e-commerce strategy in order to enhance marketing, selling and several supply chain activities in a significant way. However, firms can leverage on the internet and several computer networks in order to achieve effective business to business marketing strategies. Organizations can install effective information technology communication software application to improve the online marketing communication strategy. This strategy will help the organizations to maintain strong relationship with the business clients. On the other hand, high automation process in online websites can help to provide entire information about the products or services to the business clients that can attract these clients towards the organizations. Adoption and implementation of e-commerce strategy in the business operation process can help an organization to provide insight of each and every business processes. Moreover, several business clients try to know about the corporate values of the organization. Integration of corporate values and policies in the company website will help the organization to creature effective awareness.
