Development on the other hand is the process of capacity building that will ensure that the skills and knowledge of the employees is improved. It is thus important for the human resource manager to ensure tat each employees in the particular company undergoes training and development frequently. The training and development process may be good in terms of equipping the employees with the knowledge and skills but it may be quite costly. It is thus important for the human resource managers to ensure that the cost of training is in place and the company only participates in trainings aimed at ensuring that the goals and objectives of the organization are met. Challenges may also arise after the training and development process. This may include employees leaving the company since they have better skills and knowledge. It thus important for an organization to put in place measures to prevent this action. The paper will therefore discuss the aspects of training and development as a human resource tool by analyzing four articles. It recognizes the importance of employee development and thus developed a website that guides the employees on how to plan and develop their careers. The company places a lot of importance on the employees and their development. Critical evaluation The company values it workforce and thus puts a lot of emphasizes on training and development. This should mainly be aimed at ensuring that the performance of the employees is up to standard. During the training, it is important that the trainer puts more emphasis on the main points to encourage better understanding. The instructional design should thus be put into practices carefully to produce the desired results. This will ensure that the productivity of the employees will increase and thus profits for the organization.
