On then, the brand image and reputation of an organization, operating in any segment might retain its popularity and dominance among many other rival players. Moreover, due to its high-ended services, the organization might become successful in reducing its threats and challenges in a significant way thereby amplifying its opportunities and strengths. By doing so, the organization might become successful in increasing its range of customers thereby amplifying its profitability to a considerable extent. This might prove extremely effective for the organization so as to improve its portfolio and equity in the market among many other rival contenders. Such above mentioned qualities act as the cornerstone of an organization to become successful in this age of extreme competitiveness. In addition, if the organization becomes successful in offering effective services, then the reliability and trust of the customers over the brand might get enhanced. Similarly, the organization of E-ACT is a reputed multi-academy supporter of 34 academic schools and free institutions within the nation of England of United Kingdom. The principal aim of the organization of E-ACT is to offer excellent educational facilities and services to numerous candidates in the country of England in order to amplify their career opportunities and scope. As a result, the citizens might very easily accomplish varied types of praiseworthy jobs and posts in numerous reputed organizations within the nation of England. Other than this, the educated citizens might also accomplish a huge amount of salary that may improve their living standard and life style in a significant extent. By doing so, the level of educated individual increased within the nation of England that reduced its level of unemployment and poverty. This essay mainly deals with critical analysis of performance measurement, strategic management and innovation for E-ACT. In order to analyse it critically, each part is divided into three parts such as introduction, discussion and conclusion. Description of the project In this age, presentation of quality standard of services is the most essential cornerstone of the organization of E-ACT. But, as the organization of E-ACT failed to offer such types of qualitative services to its students, it lost its control over 10 academic schools. Not only this, the organization of E-ACT also failed to attract the students towards its end, so as to amplify its reputation and equity in the market of England among many other rival players. Moreover, the state authority conveyed that the amount of revenue spend over the improvement of academies are just extravagant expenses, that need to be stopped. By doing so, a conflicting situation aroused within E-ACT and the state authority that declined the education standards in the primary and secondary schools. As a result of which, the level of performance of the students declined that lowered the popularity and reputation of the organization of E-ACT as well as the academies. Due to which, the scope to attain bright and talented students and candidates for further improvement of the country of England declined day by day. However, in order to cope up with this discrepancy, the head of education at policy exchange think-tank, Mr. Jonathan Simons, ordered for a scrutiny of academies of E-ACT. After that, it was analysed that due to lack of proper educational facilities, the level of performance of the students in E-ACT or academies is declining swiftly. Due to which, the rate of unemployment is also increasing along with poverty and scarcity. Therefore, in order to reduce such type of problems, the Ofsted chief, Mr. Michael Wilshaw ordered to state authority to present the financial help to E-ACT so as to offer proper schooling facility to the students of England. Other than this, E-ACT also improved their quality standards by enhancing the teaching and learning levels, course curriculums, finances, proper management of the employees and the volunteers, effective improvement of the behaviours of the students etc. By doing so, the quality of performance of the academies of the organization of E-ACT might get enhanced to a significant extent as compared to many other existing contenders. This strategy might prove effective for the organization of E-ACT to manage and evaluate its performance in an effective way thereby amplifying its standards in the market of United Kingdom. Furthermore, by improving the quality standards of teaching and learning, the level of dedication and devotion of the candidates over the studies enhanced that improved their living standards and economic status in the entire globe. Due to these reasons, the continuous effort of E-ACT proved extremely effective for the organization that amplified its dominance and equity in England. Not only this, the implementing benchmarking E-ACT practices within the academies, the inner morale and confidence of the students increased that augmented their level of performance in various school examinations. Apart from this, due to implementation of varied types of workshop training sessions by excellent coaches and teachers, the inner knowledge and information of the students over different subjects increased that amplified their career scope and motivation (Beall, 2010, pp. 657-677). Critical analysis for Performance measurement/Strategic management/Innovation In spite of excellent dominance and reputation in the market of England, the organization of E-ACT is facing varied types of strategic issues. Due to which, the level of performance and growth of the students as well as the institutions are declining at a rapid pace. As a result of which, the rate of talented students is declining within the nation of England that hindered the growth and market value of the organizations of England as compared to many other rival players. In addition, due to varied strategic issues, the scope of learning and development of the students of academies is also declining day by day at a quite fast rate. This created a significant gap in its growth rate thereby declining its success and distinctiveness in the market of England. Therefore, in order to analyse and evaluate the strategic issues, two most reputed analytical tools are used. These are PEST and SWOT analysis. Both these tools are extremely popular in evaluating an issue within the organization. The PEST analysis is performed in order to evaluate the strategic issues. Political: one of the most important factors that declined the fame and dominance of E-ACT in the market of England is political instability. Due to political instability, the rate of growth and development of health, education and infrastructure of the country of England smashed in to pieces. In the year 2009, the birth year of E-ACT is extremely worse for the nation and citizens of England and United Kingdom. The price rate of the products increased significantly that declined the living standard and life style of the citizens. Moreover, the rate of unemployment and redundancy increased thereby reducing the scope of education and higher studies. Other than this, the level of poverty also increased that declined the intention and confidence of the citizens over institutions of E-ACT (Blake & et.al. 2011, pp. 523-534). In addition to this, a political scandal also came into limelight highlighting the issue that the ministers mistreated the local allowances that created a serious problem for the nation of England. As a result, the government authorities of England failed to offer prime support for the growth and development of the educational facilities of the nation of England of United Kingdom. This declined the pace of growth of the organization of E-Act thereby reducing its popularity and equity in the market (Blake & et.al. 2011, pp. 654-666). Economic: due to economic crisis, the per capita income of the citizens reduced that declined their living standard and life style to a considerable extent. Moreover, as the export and import transactions reduced, the rate of attainment of revenue also declined. As a result, the state government of United Kingdom failed to offer financial support to the educational institutions like E-ACT. As a result, due to lack of fund, the standard of education of the institutions of E-ACT is declining thereby reducing its career up-gradation scope. In addition, due to lack of finance, the authority of E-ACT failed to present effective training and coaching classes to its students that declined their talent and knowledge. Due to which, the scope of career opportunities is also reducing day by day for the students of E-ACT. Not only this, due to lack of coaching sessions, the students failed the scope to opt for varied reputed organizations of England (Blyton & et.al. 2011, pp. 212-223). Social: as maximum extent of the population within the country or nation of England is older. So the prospects of career growth are quite less. Moreover, numerous citizens failed to choose accurate educational courses or jobs for him or her-self that hindered their scope of success. In addition, as the ratio of aging population is extremely high in the nation of England, so the ratio of experienced and talented management professionals is also quite low as compared to others (Blyton & Turnbull, 2004, pp. 765-777). Technology: due to lack of technological innovations, the organizations operating within the nation of England failed implement varied types inventive techniques. Due to which, the government of England did not offered any sort of opinion in favour of the development of the educational institutions named, E-ACT. Due to which, the rate of growth and development of E-ACT reduced to a significant extent as compared to many other institutions within the nation of England (Drummond & Ensor, 2006, pp. 312-323). Thus, it might be clearly depicted that due to economic crisis, the pace of development and growth of E-ACT reduced to a significant extent. Moreover, the consistency and dependency of the citizens of the England declined that reduced its success and equity. Other than this, due to lack of finances within the government of England, the organization of E-ACT failed to offer effective training and coaching services to its students. Due to which, the level of performance of the students reduced that declined the scope of growth of careers (Bolton & Houlihan, 2007, pp. 543-555). Other than PEST analysis, SWOT analysis is performed to evaluate the strategic issue. Strengths: Experienced educational teachers: the organization of E-ACT comprises of varied types of talented and experienced staffs. Due to which, the image and reputation of the organization of E-ACT enhanced to a significant extent within the market of England (ESOMAR. 2008, pp. 221-234). Varied types of educational coaching’s: in order to offer varied types of educational facilities, the organization of E-ACT enhanced its reputation and equity in the market of England (Grant, 2005, pp. 180-190) Weaknesses: Lack of financial support: due to lack of financial support, the organization of E-ACT failed to offer effective educational facilities to its students. Due to which, the level of performance of the students decreased to a significant extent in the market of England (Gupta, 2004, pp. 421-432). Lack of effective implementation of strategies: due to lack of experienced teachers and staffs, the organization failed to implement effective strategies. Due to which, its growth and development decreased in the market of England as compared to others (Porter, 2008, pp. 912-923). Opportunities: Attainment of numerous students: as the organization of E-ACT offered significant educational facilities to the students. So, a large number of students of England became attracted towards the policies and facilities of E-ACT thereby amplifying its profitability and image (Pride & Ferrell, 2004, pp. 767-787). Threats: Lack of development: due to lack of expert educational coaches, the organization of E-ACT declined its development in the market of England (Ritzer, 2007, pp. 654-666). Thus, from the above mentioned facts, it might be clearly depicted that due to lack of financial support, the organization of E-ACT failed to offer effective educational facilities to its students. Moreover, due to ineffective educational facilities, the organization of E-ACT failed to present experienced teaching and coaching staffs to its students. As a result, the level of performance of the students of the E-ACT reduced significantly (E-ACT.ORG.UK. 2013). It might be depicted that improvement of the quality standards of the education and learning in E-ACT, it improved its distinctiveness in the market. By doing so, the level of motivation and the inner morale of the students enhanced that offered effective results. Due to improved motivation, the level of performance of the students improved. It might be easily analysed from their individual scorecards (Beardwell & Claydon, 2010, pp. 356-367). Therefore, due to excellent results, the scope of varied types of jobs increased thereby reducing the rate of unemployment and idleness’. Other than this, in order to judge the level of performance of the students, E-ACT teaching consultants also used to present varied types of question-answer teaching tests for the students. However, the prime desire to implement such type of teaching tests is to evaluate the brainstorming nature and level of underlining knowledge and talent of the students. Only after effective evaluation, the E-ACT teaching consultants depicted that, implementation of quality standards proved extremely effective for the organization of E-ACT and its academies. Therefore, from these above mentioned strategies, the level of performance of the students of academies of E-ACT increased that amplified its popularity in the market of England among others. This proved extremely effective for the organization of E-ACT to re-gain the control and management of the lost academies that augmented its scope of success in the entire globe (Bradley, 2007, pp. 245-267). It might be stated that due to the above mentioned facts, it might be depicted that the due to lack of financial support and experienced staffs within the organization of E-ACT, the performance of the students reduced. Due to which, the level of attainment of varied types of jobs reduced for the students of E-ACT as compared to others. Therefore, in order to amplify its image and popularity in the market of England, the organization of E-Act might try to recruit experienced and talented coaching staffs within the organization so as to improve the inner morale and knowledge of the students (Robins, 2000, pp. 442-434). Innovation is the most essential requirement of any organization in this age of competitiveness. This is because; innovative techniques or innovative products and services of an organization help to attract a wide range of customers towards the brand thereby amplifying its brand image and popularity. Similarly, the organization of E-ACT might also try to offer high concentration over the concept of innovation, so as to amplify its position and ranking in Google (Schirato & Webb, 2003, pp. 123-134). Apart from this, due to the introduction and implementation of varied types of experienced coaching techniques, the inner morale and knowledge of the students enhanced to a significant extent as compared to others. Due to these underlining benefits, the concept of innovation is extremely essential in this age (Scholte, 2000, pp. 234-245). In order to amplify the reputation and recognition in the market of England, the organization of E-ACT tried to implement varied types inventive coaching techniques. This is done in order to amplify the inner skills and talents of the students so as to improve their performance and expertise. Along with this, the organization of E-ACT also tried to enhance and improve the attitudes and behaviours in order to amplify the coordination and communication among them. Such type of coordination and communication might prove effective for the students to improve their talents and information (Sims, 2002, pp. 345-356). Moreover, due to proper coordination, the level of dedication and devotion of the students towards the lectures or coaching sessions enhanced that improved their performance (Sims, 2002, pp. 367-378). In addition, by introduction of varied types of training programs, the level of motivation of the students increases that might prove extremely effective for the students as stated by Brown, Trevor. These staffs offered varied types of lectures over the effectiveness of varied jobs such as management, electronics engineering, technical engineering, IT etc that fascinated the students towards these courses. Due to which, the level of job opportunities for the students increased thereby amplifying their career prospects in long run. In addition to this, due to the implementation of training programs, the level of capability of the students or the employees to perform the jobs increases that improves their performance. For example: on –the job training program, helps the students or the employees to know the varied steps of the job so that it might be conducted in an effective way. Moreover, with the help of such type o on-the job training programs, the ways of effectiveness of the students or employees also increases to a significant extent as compared to others. So it is extremely effective in future era. Other than this, presenting effective and qualitative coaching facilities to the students might increase their scope of career. It might also improve their amount of salaries and extra benefits that may improve their life style and living standards to a considerable extent. Therefore, due to improvement of job opportunities, the level of unemployment and poverty reduced that amplified the image and reputation of the nation of England among others. In addition to this, the organization of E-ACT might offer the facility of utilisation of internet to the students so as to broaden their knowledge and capabilities. Not only this, by implementing internet, the level of coaching might also become extremely easy and simple due to the exchange of knowledge and information among the leaders and students may attract a wide range of new students as stated by author Johnson, Whittington (Porter, 2008, pp. 212-223). As a result of which, varied types of ideas and information get easily transferred from the leader to the employees or students that enhances their skills and talents. Due to which, the dedication power towards the assigned tasks enhances that improves their level of performance and quality of work. Moreover, due to exchange of varied types of creative ideas, the students or the employees become able to develop varied types of inventive things that may prove effective in long run. In addition, due to exchange of information, the level of knowledge of the students or employees also improves that enhances their career opportunities and prospects that amplify their wages or salaries. Furthermore, effective monitors need to be recruited within the organization of E-ACT so as to monitor the activities of the organization as well as the students. By doing so, the strengths and weaknesses of the organization might be analysed as well as the likings and non-likings of the students might also be detected. This might prove effective for the organization to resolve their likings by implementing best techniques and inventive strategies. As a result, inner motivation and gratification of the students towards the assigned tasks or jobs might get enhanced resulting in improvement of their performance and opportunities (E-ACT.ORG.UK. 2013). So innovation is the most vital requirement of an organization of E-ACT. Conclusion Conclusively, it might be stated that, it is the innovation that may act as a boon for the organization of E-ACT thereby amplifying its prosperity and reputation. Along with this, it might help in improvement of performance and results that may increase their scope of job opportunities. Moreover, introduction of varied types of inventive techniques might prove effective for the organization to amplify its range of students and reputation in the market of England of United Kingdom. Therefore, it is the concept of innovation that helped the students of E-ACT to increase their inner morale and dedication towards education and coaching. By doing so, the opportunities for job enhanced resulting in amplification of their career prospects. Hence, it might be depicted that, it is the innovative ideas or techniques that made the path of career for the students of E-ACT more easy and simple. Without it, they may not become successful in their career in future era among many other students. References Beall, A, E. 2010.
