Prior to the primary research study, it has been assumed that the HR manager of Wilkinson’s has been successful in terms of creating a diverse workplace for the benefits of its employees. Using the primary research findings, the accuracy and validity of this assumption will be verified. Basically, the research findings that will be gathered in this study will enable the general public to have a better appreciation with regards to the proper way of establishing diversity at work particularly by offering each employee an equal opportunity to a successful career. Prior to the primary research study, it has been assumed that the HR manager of Wilkinson’s has been successful in terms of creating a diverse workplace for the benefits of its employees. Using the primary research findings, the accuracy and validity of this assumption will be verified.
