Many organization keeps complain as secrete and solve the issue within the organization in order to protect the reputation of the organization. The managers and directors of an organization should be reliable for solving the problem. First, training should be introduced in an organization to inform employee about the seriousness of the act.

Employee should also be told the things or actions which can amount to sexual harassment. The managers should come up with policies and procedure to punish the offenders. A serious disciplinary action should be taken to the offenders in order to serve as reinforcement. Those who fail to change or repeatedly commit the act should be dismissed from service as they lower the self-esteem and morale of the victims. A counseling department should be established to help the victims to recover. If the organization does not have the counseling department it should ensure that the victims visit counseling psychologists.
