Back in the 1960s, Bill and his team could easily comprehend and interpret the customers’ specifications and translate them into finished products. Now, with most of the operations having been computerized, Bill cannot completely understand the engineering and technical aspects of the customers’ specifications and so he has recruited engineers to interpret customers’ orders and specifications to the workers in the shop.
