The customer is the most important person according to Dell. Dell’s Company has ensured effective customer care services in order to ensure that customers are satisfied. According to Kathleen Woodhouse, a senior learning and development strategist at Dell Company the seller must always be aware of the customers’ needs in order to satisfy them. The Dell team works together and always meet in forums to discuss plenty of challenges affecting the growth of the company. The desire to have a direct relationship with its customers is what made the miraculous success of Dell Company. The cash to cash is a basic financial concept not used at Dell Incorporations. It is described as the average time required to turn a dollar invested in raw material to the dollar collected from the customer. Cash to cash conversion can be used to determine the liquidity ratio of a firm’s valuation.
