My determination and willingness of my heart opened the gates of success and achievements for me. I hold my Masters's degree in Public Administration; a subject that offers an unlimited understanding of how one plays an effective role in the development of humans for their own betterment. But, having a Bachelorette Degree in Psychology enables me to gain a better understanding of human psychology and the factors that contribute to shaping human behavior. Life is not always about receiving; sometimes it asks you to share what you hold at maximum in order to create a significant difference in the lives of other fellow men.

Besides, outstanding academic qualifications, I also hold exceptional professional work experience. My professional insight has enabled me to attain a better understanding of the working environment, how to resolve work-related conflicts and how to be produced professionally.

As a student of Public Administration, at times I really feel the academic qualification and professional capacities that I possess are to be enhanced and improved to well equip myself with the new emerging concepts, tools, and techniques to better carry out my responsibilities under the roof of a supportive organization. My knowledge needs now to be supported by a strong practical work, technical and analytical base which I am confident that I would learn during my service as an instructor.  Further, I believe, this will help me to identify innovative projects to lead to address different issues regarding dealing with cultural diversity, understanding human psychology, the issues related to them, and how to motivate the young generation to make them more productive and convert them into the responsible citizens. In addition, the skills learned during my studies will drive me better manage my responsibilities through enhanced managerial, communication, conflict management, financial management, and other management skills.

Success and failure of a development effort heavily rely on taking into account the social, economic, political, technological, and environmental factors at the global level and their effect at the regional or local level. After having more sophisticated knowledge gained during my studies, I will apply the learned thing practically. It will result in more productive policymaking, effective intervention strategies, and institutional and technological innovation. Exposure to a new world while coming from an entirely different social setup with a diversified group of people from around the globe will provide me with opportunities to share my experiences and to learn from others’ knowledge. Being a social science student, I would also take the opportunity to unveil the secrets of the different cultural and moral values, and will try to exercise them in understanding the people from different cultural backgrounds. Belonging from a different background, I believe that I can create a difference in the lives of my student by being their role model, by setting exemplary values in front of them, and by motivating them to be productive and responsible in their spheres of life.

The important question is how this internship will benefit me? I am very confident to say that this internship as an instructor will help me to develop the necessary skills required to interact with people, understand their needs and issues, how can be a responsible authority in creating a significant difference in the lives of other people; a change that will help them to grow and excel professionally and personally. I will learn to know my importance in bringing positive changes in the lives of other people, their psychology, their issues, and it will help me to be the mentor of someone. I believe in mentoring and motivating people to make their lives more productive and exemplary.

This internship as an instructor will provide me an opportunity to grow, learn and experience a different working environment. It will also help me to share my knowledge with the other students, to be their mentor and a true motivator. I see myself as a change factor in the role of an instructor that will contribute to making the students as responsible and productive citizens.
