ID Lecturer Writing Assignment: Motivation and Morale To become an effective criminal justice manager, it is imperative that morals remain the key because these decide the basis of sanity within a criminal justice manager and his pertinent realms would be shaped up in accordance with how well he has aligned his mind and his own self. This is also necessary to understand because the morality basis solves quite a few issues within the larger contexts, and aims at resolving the differences that creep up within his mind every now and then.

The motivation must draw up from his own basis because this is a requirement at the end of the day (Wegener, White & Walsh, 2006). The effective criminal justice manager would therefore find a way under which his motivation would be in hand with the morals that he would apply for gaining an edge as far as his particular job is related. The basic premise behind understanding how motivation and morals remain quintessential here is because the criminal justice manager has to consume a great deal, and it is only because of this consumption that he is able to discern the exact basis of harmony within his own works.

What remains significant however is a comprehension that he will not give into the urge to bring biasness within his work because his tasks are not governed by immoral acts of deceit and prejudice. If all things happen in an effective way, it would be correct to suggest that the morals have reigned supreme and the criminal justice manager has been able to shape up his actions within the light of his motivation to do things the right way. This is in line with the understanding that he shall remain impartial and bring the best out of his energies to make sure that his actions speak louder than words in entirety (Gottschalk, 2011).

The effective criminal justice manager would therefore always find a way from where he can derive success and look to find the salient aspects of growth and development for not only his own field of work but also the entire justice regimes which work under him or with him (Shaw, 2010). This would mean that he is looking to grow above the usual routines and is doing his best to bring sanity within his realms no matter how tough the times are and how trying the conditions turn out to be at the end of the day.

The critical nature of using morality and motivation for the effective criminal justice manager is because he is answerable to the crime unit and his bosses who are keeping a complete check on him at all times. They are doing everything possible to make sure that he is committed to his job and bringing in the value for which he has been hired. The criticality is also important to understand because he is bringing in a lot of man hours to his job, not only of his own but also the people who work with him as well as under his aegis.

These are some of the reasons why it takes hard to become an effective criminal justice manager (Ingle, 2010). What is even more pertinent is how well motivated he is towards his job and what kind of morals do exist within his repertoire to make sure that he performs at his best no matter how difficult the circumstances have turned out to be. There is a good amount of success attached with the fact that his motivation can evade him and he would bring such decisions to the fore that have absolutely no room for understanding and comprehension.

These are the times when there is a dearth of comprehension within his fore and he would have to make-do with what little he has under his realms and how well he can shape up attitudes of the people who work alongside him. Hence to become an effective criminal justice manager, it is significant that motivation and morals are kept under a serious check. It will be the basis of success for such topics and shall outline the need to grow above board in all fairness. The criminal justice managers must enact ways and means through which they can grow across the board so that the end results are just what have been planned and deciphered by the relevant people and the criminal justice industry at large (Terrett, 1998).

All said and done, an honest effort is needed by an individual to become an effective criminal justice manager and for this he must be ready to amend his ways so that his success is guaranteed.
