This paper details the individual function of each component and how they make writing more comprehensive and less-demanding. Writing process is more than just contemplating about what to write and how it should be written – it is actually a combination of three important features: profile, reflection, and literary analysis, which will create the benchmark of the article. In the writing process, is it very important that the reader is made aware of the things or situations involved, which provides an overview or an imaginary representation of what the paper is all about.

Profile provides the summary of the data or existing situation. In other words, it gives an appearance of the article. Without it, the reader will be left unaware of the content and direction of the material. Another important feature of the writing process is the literary analysis. In this process, the reader is introduced to the content of the material more effectively by providing a more contextualized message that is more comprehensible and sensible (Williams 414). It also makes the material more systematic because the writer is placed into a framework wherein a model needs to be followed.

The last feature of the writing process is the abstract. This is a very common part of a technical paper. The abstract is an overview of the whole substance of the article. It allows the reader to come up with his or her own projections about what the paper is all about (416). The writing process is very crucial because it actually forms the foundation in which gist of the written article will be based from. Stance is another important component of writing in that it guides the readers on the position of the speakers or the content of the material, especially in interpretive framework of writing (Jaffe 34).
