The article majors on the proposed resolutions to the Kentucky Legislature as a protest against the act. Question 2The audience of the article was the Kentucky legislature. The article was also directed to all the citizens of the United States of America. Question 3The authors use the constitution of the United States of America as evidence to make their points.
