Second, there is no exculpatory clause for these types of situations if they aren`t written on time. In a contract, two sides can be in whatever dead they want to, but when they sign it, there is no way back, only if both sides agree to terminate the agreement or change it. So, to prevent situations like this one, everyone should read the contract they have to sign very close and precisely and manage it how they find it more suitable.

If I am a manager of this hotel, and if something like this happened to me, I would call the director to come for what he ordered, so I am done with my part of the agreement. I would request from him to pay for services that are provided, as the contract stipulates.  If the other side does not want to pay for services, or if he thinks that the services have not been considered or completed properly, I would sue him. The verdict will be in my hotel's favor.
