It is against the law and must not be implemented at all. It is a fact that time is less under such a situation where many lives can be feared to die but then again it does not give any justification that the bomber’s wife is made to feel the brunt of her husband’s antics (Peters, 1996). Only he should be given the torture that is much required on his part and no one else must take the blame for it.

Further, it would be a good starting point to convince the bomber to disclose the locations and forget about the Fifth Amendment at this stage because many lives can be lost and property damaged. He must be told that his actions would indeed hamper the basis of his own life in the times to come and that he would suffer in the future. Torture then again must just do the trick at revealing where his actions have been manifested and what best methodologies could be employed to trace them, at the earliest.
