Introduction

The company leads in web design and developing the companies in the sultanate of Oman as it also produces web application for institutions available as either public or private for that matter. The development for that design is based on a software application that is used in advertising through the internet and on the print media. Moreover, it has designed a specialized graphic designing applet for manipulation and recreation of many digital imagery and sound. In the past years, the company has been seen to have very weak network infrastructure of both LAN and WAN (Diebold and Yılmaz, 2011). Zubari entails five departments which are; software development, Admin, and Finance, Customer care, IT services, and marketing. In addition, the software development department is made up of 10 employees that work on various software applications, while on the other hand IT services department entails 2 employees that have the mandate to control and monitor all the networks of the company. Five staff members belong to Admin and Finance department as they manage all the departments and also prepare books of accounts of the company. 4 staff members belong to customer care departments and are given mandate of receiving the complaints on software products while the marketing department is made up of 4 staff members and can give a demonstration of their work to a group of 10 clients at once as there is an interactive inspection of the work done (Eskelinen, 2015).
