By this load on that network reduced and the packets are not drooped and data continued to travel. Network management tool guide traffic to another network, also make the scenario in which these packets are tagged so that these packets can be recognizable on the other end.
2. A network manager can have help form of network management tools to check the hardware and software component connected to the network. Hardware and software connection checking is really a big problem in a network. In local area network it is possible the check theses connection manually, but in WAN where a large number of machines are interacting with each other in that scenario, it is not possible to such testing manually. For that purpose, the network administrator uses these network management tools and checks if any node is alive or dead and also checking that of access to that node is possible by a source node.
3. The network manager can get information about any frailer to occur on the network by network management tools. The network consists of a large number of interconnected nodes. If one node goes down means it fails to transport data then it is not possible to send or receive information to that node. By using network administration tools network administrator able to find out the dead node. By determining this it is realized that if we send data toward that node then it always not reached there so next time sender sees if the node is alive then he sends the data otherwise not. Here he will be got the advantage that if nodes are dead and we find them then we can save the time that results is waiting to send data on that path.
