4. Record all the serial numbers on the equipment and check them against the delivery document

5. Verify the circuit termination in the patch panel
The company will confirm that there are correct circuit designations between the patch panel and the equipment. Moreover, it will verify that the cabling between the patch panel and the equipment is correctly done.
The implementation team will confirm that the circuits are tested and working successfully, followed by a designation to the provider.
The firm will confirm that all the cables are within the length of signal specifications.
Finally, the equipment provider will record information about the circuit termination in relevant documentation materials.
6. Power up the equipment
The implementation team will switch on all the power supplies and confirm that the DC supplies are within the range. This will be followed by a confirmation that the equipment starts the power-up cycle.
The firm will confirm that the equipment provides user prompts whenever the VT100-compatible computer is connected to a console port.
The equipment provider will log in to every computer to verify that there are no unexplained failures due to the power-up of the system.
7. Load the system firmware
The implementation team will connect each computer to the WAN using the VT100 terminal and confirm a successful connection. Additionally, the computers will be connected to the router, and software verification shall be made. Thereafter, any variations in the connection shall be corrected.
