Analyzing the Business Case The project scope of TIMS system is to establish a concrete agreement between the project players and the client by identifying, clarifying, and relating the function of the project to the industry owner's objectives. Product justification of TIMS system is to ensure the system can facilitate project developments with ease and participants are conversant with its functionalities. Involve parties are 12 thus forming the TIMS work sessions 1 to 12 (Shelly & Rosenblatt, 2012).
The sessions give high-level of work breakdown structure that would ensure accountability is maintained. The inbox facilitate communications between project managers to the respective team members. The system should be able to achieve training as planned and incorporate the SCR clients on emails to be the first to receive announcements of fresh course offerings (Hill & Jones, 2007). Objective of the project is to ensure proper integration of TIMS and SCR email clients is properly done. The projected objectives are quantifiable since the cost, schedule and quality measures are in place.
The scope constraint is financial inadequacy. The project is time based yet revenue is still projected in accordance to registration of the new students for training.
