Product justification of TIMS system is to ensure the system can facilitate project developments with ease and participants are conversant with its functionalities. Involve parties are 12 thus forming the TIMS work sessions 1 to 12 (Shelly & Rosenblatt, 2012).

The sessions give high-level of work breakdown structure that would ensure accountability is maintained. The inbox facilitate communications between project managers to the respective team members.
