Personal ment For Master of Science in Human Resources Management Rozan Matbouli Teacher 24th February ment of Purpose I am working in human resources for a year now. I look forward to continue my work in human resources because I find more comfort in dealing with individuals having differing perspectives, needs and attitudes toward work. Dealing with people is the essence of human resources and my nature is inclined to deal and manage people. I have closely observed main four core functions of human resource management. That is why; I have been able to attain a grip over recruiting & placement, training & development, compensation and retaining functions of human resource management in just a single year. I want to work more in this area of work and want to play an active and challenging role in a dynamic organization. My past education, experiences and future ambitions fit me in the area of human resource management. I believe I can take a challenging and active role for the success of every industry. My background knowledge and experiences enable me to develop and operate systems of every industry whether it is making a good or is providing a service. I am not here by chance but I am a here by choice. Due this reason I am very much involved in the framework of this field. My knowledge, skills and abilities help me work for product development and to operate production line of an industry. I can independently work for an important organizational leader’s role and take the human resources services of a company to new heights. Always try to make difference while working in the area of organizational development. I am completely sure to say that I am a right person at a right place. Further, this area of specialization satisfies my desire to innovate unique ways and new methods to maintain the productivity, quality and the safety at the highest level. A distinct feature of my behavior is my quest of uniqueness in my personal and work life. This personal attribute, if coupled with professional knowledge of human resources, will help me take an organization to next level. Through my innovation and imagination, I always look forward to design significant ways to improve the human resources and the organization, and solve the problems that are related to the employees. After reaching at my workplace I stay focused and try my level best to make improvements in me and mine work. During my university day, I have organized a lot of events. I have also organized organization development events during my university days. Those events included concerts for charities and non-profit organization. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Housing- Home Management, (Management of Housing and Institutions). Over the course of this degree program, I so much benefitted by the industry visits organized by my university. We as a team visited many hotels, rehabilitation hospitals, chalets and schools of disabilities. These industry collaborations not only enriched us with the industry spesific knowledge but also brigded the gap between theroy and practice. During my long visits of these occupational places, I was used to submit the reports about their infrasrutcutre, problems facing worker and expected problems that can evlove. The knowledge delivered to me by teacher in Project Management and Quality Management made my view even more broader to manage and evaualte projects. Throughout the course of my academic life, I have been a bright and top perfomaing student. I maintainted highest GPA at university so that the dean of my department took pride to recommend me. The same applied at my work life. I have many times been nominated as a best employee of orgainztions wherever I worked. Additionally, living in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, for a year, and traveling to many cities such as France, Singapore and Chicago, had an impact in my thoughts. I graduated form Milwaukee School of Engineering where I got opportunity to take my engineering and English language skills to an advanced level. I have also worked as Saudi ASMA Environmental Solutions where I came to know about environmental issues. Also, I worked at SAMSUNG Company as a Customer Services Representative. I have always been a goal oriented person throughout my academic and professional life. I have a mission and vision for the year 2020. I want to be a senior and active member of a dynamic organization for a challenging management and organizational development position. I also want to be a world class and seasoned human resource professional with authority on human resources management and organizational management. Upon deep consideration I have determined that I can only achieve my future human resources related goals by studying human resources under the guidance of seasoned instructors and professors. So to bridge this knowledge gap, a master’s degree in human resource would be a perfect choice. I am proud of many coursework that I received an A in them, such as Statistics for Economic, Storage and Purchasing Management, Family Economics & Rationalization of Consumption and Management of Catering Firms. I am extra proud of my research work. I enjoy researches and studies to provide the world with new beneficial results and realities theory. My final research was over 800 pages, and I earned A+ in spite of the difficulties I confronted seeking the research respondents. As an international student, I would like to mention the coursework of the English Language, for passing it with an excellent grade that was A. I also have a certificate of successfully completing Academic English Program in all its parts. I have received many certifications in university. These include certificates of Excellence in four consecutive semesters in the university for years 2007 to 2008 and the years 2008 to 2009. In addition to my knowledge, skills and abilities, I have always been a team leader throughout my academic and professional life. I am famous for introducing new ideas in my circle of fellows at university and workplace. Moreover, throughout my academic and professional life, I have excelled in organizational and time management skills. I always loved to solve the problems of people and organizations. So in pursuit of excellence in organizational and time management skills, I have decided to take my skills and abilities to next level by getting a specialization degree in human resources. I found Master in Human Resource Management program of this university as per my expectations. So to study here is one of my dream and I want to turn this dream into reality.
