One click Marketing Company is a fictitious organization whose business idea is under research to identify and determine appropriate strategy for online marketing. Target audienceTotal reward information targets prospective employees conversant with online marketing techniques.
The reason behind targeting employees with experience in online marketing is to provide the organization with reliable taskforce capable of achieving the set sales targets and Company objectives (Kaplan 2007).Total rewards and benefitsTotal rewards, benefits and total compensation information will be marketed to the prospective employees for various reasons. Firstly, the advertisement message will be designed to introduce the different total rewards, benefits and compensation programs offered.
Monetary payments such as base wage/salary, variable pay, Piece-rate, commission and bonus will be quoted so as to convince prospective employees in joining the organization (Joe 2013). Also, legal benefits line social security’s as well as paid vacations and holidays will form an important part in persuading prospective employees join the organization.Means and time of communicationThe desired information concerning total rewards, benefits and compensation to the prospective employees of One Click Marketing Company will be communicated by use of the internet, television sets, radios and newspapers will be employed in delivering the message to the desired audience (Kaplan 2007).
For instance, television and Radio advertisements will be mostly aired before and after most preferred programs, by many viewers and listeners. Also, newspapers and magazines with wide coverage will be utilized in targeting and delivering the message to the desired audience. Total rewards statement was selected basing on the deliverables ability to capture the desired information being expected by prospective.
Total reward statement provides satisfaction to the prospective employees by recognizing their contribution towards the organization, through provision of equitable compensations as well as being recognized during organization’s decision making process (Lyons & Ben-Ora 2002). Delivery of the information regarding total rewards to prospective employees will be carried out by the sales’ and marketing department, in conjunction with human resource department. The two departments will have to liaise with one another so as to deliver quality information regarding total rewards to prospective employees at the right time.

AppendixTotal Rewards StatementOne Click Marketing Company recognizes the need and benefits of having dedicated employees to carry out the set objectives. It is in the best interest of the organization to offer equitable and satisfying total rewards to its employees so as to boost their morale and dedication while carrying out their daily duties. Total rewards offered by the organization take into considerations all issues affecting employees with respect to its capability to meet them (Manas & Graham 2003).
Various total rewards offered by the organization include compensation as well as non-compensation elements (Martocchio, Joe 2013). Among the compensation elements offered by the organization include monetary payments, benefits, legally required benefits and other benefits offered to the employee. Monetary payments include base wages and salary, variable pay such as bonuses and commissions as well as profit sharing between employees and the Organization. Employees are entitled to enjoy benefits basing on their respective positions held in the organization.
Legally required benefits will involve employees being subjected to social security programs as well as unemployment and workers’ compensation.
