Additionally, the effectiveness of various elements in ensuring a healthy and safe workplace requires that certain standards and thresholds are met. Such aspects include compliance to the legislative framework, adequacy of policies and procedures of implementation, participatory and implementation aspects. Each aspect remains important to the successful establishment of a healthy and safe workplace. One of the critical legislative requirements of ensuring a healthy and safety workplace entails the applicability to all individuals under all situations, which requires the elimination of risks for performance of duties in an organization.

Compliance to the laid legislative practices and code of conduct is important for the regulation of organizational practices pertaining to workplace health and safety by ensuring a level ground for all organizations in enhancing a healthy and safe work environment for all employers and their employees (Evocca College, 2012). It is evidently clear that the provided WHS document is compliant to the legislative acts. An efficient recordkeeping measure is one way through which to ensure legislative compliance.

Recordkeeping ensures that all information pertaining to workplace health and safety are as private as possible for access by appropriate individuals, with access to such documents.
