Extract of sample "Professional Map Analysis"

The courses that had a rating lower than seven are insight strategy and solutions and behaviors such as curious, skilled influencer, personally credible, collaborative, courage to challenge, and role model. I registered a score of 7 in the other areas. The recommendation on insight strategy and solution was to improve on this area by getting more information by reading business publications, looking for external opportunities for discussing and sharing business strategies, and working on other ways of expanding my understanding of business. The recommendation on leading HR insists on engaging the workers more and using both internal and external outputs to develop a vision for the HR department that should act as the focus for activities in this department. In organization design, there is a need to focus on developing organizational structures which not only help in the achievement of the short-term goals but whose application will lead to the realization of the company's long-term goals. In general, what the recommendation focuses on is the integration of all the areas of the organization. There is no department that can exist on its own and they all depend on or affect each other in one way or the other.
