There is also a high level of competition among advertising firms. Employees of an advertising firm need to show their commitment and dedication to their firm in order to develop their business, which ultimately leads the firm towards competitive advantage. If a firm hires such employees, who start feeling tired and exhausted early in the day, such a firm cannot be successful in the market. On the other hand, such firms, which hire employees who are dedicated to their jobs and sleep for 6 hours per night, succeed in the market.

Employees and executives, who do not sleep for more than 6 hours per day, are usually committed to their tasks and responsibilities and their commitment plays an important role in bringing success to their firms. Therefore, I agree with the suggestion that if a company wants to do well, the management should hire people who do not require more than 6 hours of sleep per night.
