 I enjoy getting chances to meet people on the job and value assisting others in their work. This helps build healthy relationships which foster the overall workplace environment. Supervision is only slightly important for me because I feel more comfortable around my peers and alone at work, and do not really feel easy being supervised. Still, I think supervision is a valuable job characteristic because it motivates employees to bring out their best. Another very important item for me is personal growth and career development.

I believe that these two factors are interrelated. The feeling of worthwhile accomplishment is as important to me as the feeling of being independent in thought and action. I also value the amount of challenge that I may face during my job because this helps me to work hard to meet the required goals. All of these values are significantly imperative to me because I aim to excel in my job career.
