The improvement of the welfare of the workers in the work site shall be given utmost importance. The Manager is tasked to report to Management of a possible hazard in the workplace and see to it that the employees work in a healthy environment to ensure the high standards of productivity and achievement for the employees.Part-time regular employees are biweekly or monthly paid staff who fill-in budgeted positions who are still part of the regular payroll who shall work at least 50 percent or more of the normal workweek schedule and five months or more of the year.

Those employees or workers who shall be injured or contract a disease in the performance of their work are required to file a money claim from the Compensation Fund. Families of the affected worker/employee are also entitled to file a claim if their breadwinner died in the course of the work by being afflicted with a work-related disease or injury.INSURANCE BENEFITSThose employees or workers who shall be injured or contract a disease in the performance of their work are required to file a money claim from the Insurance Companies provided by their employers.

Families of the affected worker/employee are also entitled to file a claim if their breadwinner died in the course of the work by being afflicted with a work-related disease or injury.Probationary employees should undergo a 5 month-period of rendering work with pay, but still subject for evaluation if the employee’s performance deserves to re regularized by the company. These employees have lesser benefits compared to regular employees. The employee or worker is entitled to disability insurance that insures the beneficiary's earned income against the risk insured against in case that the disability will make earning impossible.

It shall include paid sick leave, short-term disability benefits, and long-term disability benefits.
