He responded to this by offering another 195 million dollars to help Syrians. This was as a result of uprising regime against Syrian leader Bashar Al Assad. Residents claimed that a man was killed after Friday prayers. During his funeral that followed the next day, the mourners matched to a post office where security guards had gathered.

The government snipers started shooting at the crowd and some soldiers defected to join the crowd. During this violence about 120 soldiers were killed. This resulted to exceptional violence and according to United
