The U.N document obtained by Reuters reported that it is expected that 2 million Syrians will become refugees and some other 2.25 will be internally displaced. Since the fight between the government of the Syrian president and the rebels began more than 2 million have left their country. Countries are ready to help Syrians but fear the large number of Syrians living in their towns and cities of which some are radicals. The U.N raised an alarm that it needed billions of dollars to care for the Syrian refugees. The Saudi started antagonism to Assad’s governance in 2006.it started in 2006. It appeared that in conjunction with Iraq, Syria was began to drift away from the Saudi led Arab position and moved towards the Iranian sphere of influence. This caused discomfort in Riyadh. The aim of Saudi Arabia is to return Syria to its positison after years of hostility. (Miles)
