Business needs / problems The requirements on business needs and problems will recommend on the appropriate solutions in the project and these solutions will link to the to business need which will be important to spent the necessary time covered by the project. Ideas will be analyzed according to problems faced in the project organization (Marchewka, 2006). Statement of Work The project will take a period of six weeks and handle each department in Cleveland Clinic. Project objective To develop a high care quality service to outpatient and inpatient Project Approach Projects approaches will involve stages starting from initiation, planning and design, construction, monitoring and evaluation and lastly the completion stage. Project Scope Statement Product services in this project will characterize functions and features in project scope and it will be part of overall project. On the same, it will involve information from necessary stakeholders involved in project. It will also include all the sections covered in overall project plan including system development life cycle (Marchewka, 2006). Projects Results/Completion Criteria Projects results involve outcomes, visions and benefits of overall initiative plans developed in the project. Content of the Project Work breakdown structure shows subdivision of effort required to achieve an objective of a project. This helps in providing a common frame work for natural development of overall planning and control of a contract which shows basis for diving work according to techniques, schedule cost and labor (Jim, 2005). Change management plan This provides project team with a change management methodology for identifying and controlling project scope. Prioritize risk- involves a way of identifying management risk in the project Develop a risk register This will involve risk factors like earthquake and floods. Cases like outbreak of diseases and fire tragedy may arise up in the project. Scale for risk assessment Risks will be accessed in respect of the time they occurred. Professionals will determine the likelihood of the risk to take place in the region. They will determine the probability of a certain risk occurring at the compound. Probability of occurrence Some of the risks like fire have a high chance of occurring while others like floods chances are rare. Impact of occurrence In case of there will be negative impact on the budget cost because of the occurrence. If risks occur, it will cause a great change to budget cost. Probability The most vulnerable risk is diseases and fire. They can take place during the implementation of the plan.
