The results of the study showed that there should be more emphasis on the understanding of the experiences that primary caregivers have when they are raising children with ADHD. The author gives many tips towards helping a child or an adult get organized when they have ADHD. This book sets itself a part from others because the author has a child who has ADD. She talks about how to help someone become organized in their specific room, and she includes events that many people would have difficulty with if they had ADD. The book is valuable because it provides color pictures of before and after shots of the areas she is talking about so that the reader can understand exactly what happened from beginning to end. The author states that she is a life coach and has given information in her book that can help others who have ADHD, and it encourages them to take control of their lives instead of feeling awkward about having the disorder. The book is written in such a way that the reader can go to specific questions they have on the topic. For the research paper that will be done, this book provides answers to some of the most common questions that many people would have about this disorder. It can add another level of information to the research paper. Taylor, J.F. (2006). The survival guide for kids with ADD or ADHD. MN: Free Spirit Press. This is a children's book that is helpful for children with ADD or ADHD. It is written to the child and gives them tips about working at home and at school, information about the disorder that they can understand and more. The book discusses medication and why it is important as well as giving information about eating healthy. The information in the book will be good for the research paper because it provides an understanding on many levels.
