Such disclosure is related with the rising risk of breast cancer among women. In simple terms light exposure through the night suppresses melatonin creation. Working with the findings the risk factor is exposure to light at night which we can avoid by: Recruiting Men to night shifts: Men are found to be less at risk when it comes to breast cancer this is evident from other researches having men working on night shifts will leave the women who are more at risk working on the day shifts. Nursing Robots: The nursing robots have been in development since the early 80’s this may now prove the way to look in reducing female nurses and other female workers working on night shifts. Reducing Night shift working hours: Reducing the hours worked in every month will help reduce the risk. Napping breaks should also be introduced in between the shifts.
