Email The Health Officer Hospital Care Dear sir/madam, Hospital care is one of the core issues that individuals would like to address. Unfortunately, some hospitals deny patients’ right of accessing quality medical services. In some hospital, nurses tend to delay in giving patients their health credentials on time (Harrison, 2004). According to the bill, the patients have the right to know their medical advancement. In cases where patients are physically challenged; for example the deaf, infirmary should offer assistance by providing the required aid.

These unethical practices of infringing patients’ rights are witnessed in medical centers; therefore, I am kindly requesting you to arbitrate in the matter. Precedent research shows propositions by the locals and state, proposing the necessity for hospitals to meet patients’ needs (Miller, 2008). For this to be accomplished, health facilities should be fully outfitted for them to meet the obligatory qualifications. I believe that satisfying the needs of patients is the main motive why hospitals are put up; hence, this ought to be the mission for all health facilities.

I suggest that each patient ought to be given attention and treatment to improve the health status of the community. Closing down the hospitals that fail to meet the needs of their patients is the best policy to discipline the health facilities in the country. Addressing the issue through policy has a great effect on the hospitals that violate the patients’ rights (Roach, 2006). If the hospitals do not employ more workers to attend to the patients’ needs or the bill guiding health operations, then the necessity close the hospitals.

Yours sincerely,ReferenceHarrison, M. (2004). Implementing Change in Health Systems. New York: Sage. Print.Miller, R. (2008). Problems in Health Care Law. New York: Jones & Barlett Learning,2008. Print.Roach, W. (2006). Bills of Laws in Hospitals. New York: Jones & Barlett Learning, 2006. Print.
