The procedure to ensure safety is achieved is crucial. It is set to improve the (WHS) work health safety performance. It is significant to have a practical and attainable action plan. It is imperative to identify hazardous situations or things that are the potential to cause harm. Ideally, the hazardous scenario can be found in a physical environment, work tasks and their process, equipment used, and work design.

The procedure includes-: Examine the past hazard situations to establish their cause and probability of happening againConsult employees to find out their safety concerns, for example, incidences that were close to happening then document the report to perform further action. Conduct an investigation of the equipment or materials used. Identified defaults or challenges should be recorded and action to be recommended. Datasheets of each material and equipment used frequently should be examined to identify any flaws (Kniesner & Leeth, 2013).

Involve all people in ideas to handle challenging situations that could be hazardousCategorize incidences and note the injury trends, hazards, and illness give a priority to hazard-associated situations and those that do not follow a routine finally, determine the likelihood or severity of the incidences that could lead to the occurrence of the identified hazard and recommend actions to be taken. Issues and outcomes Owing to the provisions of the WHS approach to handling issues, the organization took action in handling the issues that it faced.

Firstly, the incidents were investigated to determine if the existing controls were used in the right manner. The identified hazard was based on what the employee faced during working hours. The workplace safety guideline stated the need to use the right gear in the right place (Leahy, 2017). However, this was overlooked as the machine in the SEI (serious electrical incident) occurred at the organization. An employee was in conduct with an electrical wire that was transmitting high voltage.

The treatment was done by applying a cream. Additionally, medication was prescribed to help in healing and handling pain. The incident was reported and precautionary measures were reported to ensure the incident does not reoccur. This includes the hazard identification report. It is paramount that the right process of handling incidences or accidents in the workplace. This way, further damages can be prevented. An officer from the organization investigated the scene of SEI. It is recommended that no unauthorized persons should be seen at the scene or interferes with the inspectors (Leahy, 2017).

Financial resources for WHS The program requires resource commitment to ensure the effective implementation of the WHS management system. There is a need to create a plan that promotes health and safety in the workplace (Leahy, 2017). This includes conducting the frequent inspection, training employees, and talking to them regularly about their safety. Additionally, allocate resources that investigate incidences and maintain records to guarantee safety measures are observed. Ensure there are (Occupational health and safety management systems) OHSMS.

Additionally, acquiring a National Audit Tool that provides an examination of the elements is significant when conducting WHSMS (work Health and safety management system). Directly allocate funds to the management system of health and safety (Bishow, 2001). In terms of financial management, there is a need to ensure there are approvals on the resources acquired. It is paramount to ensure the items used for safety complies with the WHS Act to avoid penalties. Resources should be available hence the need to include resources required in budgets.
