It is paramount that the right process of handling incidences or accidents in the workplace. This way, further damages can be prevented. An officer from the organization investigated the scene of SEI. It is recommended that no unauthorized persons should be seen at the scene or interferes with the inspectors (Leahy, 2017).

Financial resources for WHS The program requires resource commitment to ensure the effective implementation of the WHS management system. There is a need to create a plan that promotes health and safety in the workplace (Leahy, 2017). This includes conducting the frequent inspection, training employees, and talking to them regularly about their safety. Additionally, allocate resources that investigate incidences and maintain records to guarantee safety measures are observed. Additionally, acquiring a National Audit Tool that provides an examination of the elements is significant when conducting WHSMS (work Health and safety management system). It is paramount to ensure the items used for safety complies with the WHS Act to avoid penalties. Resources should be available hence the need to include resources required in budgets.
