The development of the business has thereafter been increasingly myriad, fuelling many paradoxes of management philosophies, although emphasizing to one direction i.e. to make maximum utilization of the information in hand to produce at the utmost capacity. Furthermore, with continuous advancements in the business environment, managers are facing increased stress to develop their credibility (Khan & Quadri, 2012). With this regard, the essay intends to develop the specifications that are associated with the needs of developing business intelligence. In correspondence to the above stated facts, the essay also focuses on developing an in depth understanding towards the challenges that may crop up in the course of implementation and helps in maintaining dashboards. The essay intends to develop a better understanding towards maintaining dashboards and includes the management of diverse challenges that could surface during the management of different needs. Managing Business Intelligence Managing business intelligence has been of complex and dynamic nature that imposes a challenge for enhancing the scenarios that are prevalent within the social domain. In this respect, the overall management of the business has been imposing enormous level of complexity that could initiate diverse needs of the system and enhance effectiveness of the managers to meet with the needs of the business. Dashboards help in developing a better insight towards the issues and enhance the ability to meet with the complexes that are associated with the business operations. Dashboards enable a business to monitor the needs of managing business intelligence and increase the effectiveness through successful development of the business operations (Bara & et. al., 2009). With the increasing amount of complexities, there has been a huge shift within the management of the diverse business strategies. This could be identifiable that management of information system has been a complicated job for the people who are managing the diverse approaches within the system for enhancing the effectiveness of the business (Khan & Quadri, 2012). The management of business across the complex domain of the external environment has been identified to be having a huge amount impact on the overall business development. Dashboards in this concerns helps in increasing the progressiveness of the system to increase the prominence of the system and efficiency of management. Under the complex and diverse scenarios, the different approaches are identified to be having a huge amount of impact on the overall social development. The diverse business needs that are associated with the development of the different approaches are noted to be having a prominent influence within the competitive edge and enhance the prominence of the system (Bara & et. al., 2009). These complexities are identified to be enhancing the overall effectiveness of the business and enhance the capacity to meet with the needs of the system for meeting with the need of developing a process that would support to cope up with the changing system. Dashboards also act as a positive resource for enhancing effectiveness of the business as well as develop an efficient process or system that would help in meeting with the complex needs of the changing business environment. Successful management of Management Information System (MIS) has been identified to one of the most important tasks made easy due to the integration of dashboards into the operations that helps in enhancing the ability and managing diverse needs of the business (Farrokhi & Pokorádi, 2012). Challenges of Developing Dashboards The major challenges of the dashboards could be broadly identified to be the level of competencies of the employees of organizations. Developing BI dashboards needs effective skills and competencies that broadly include the effectiveness of the employees to manage the complexes and enhance the overall system of progression that is evident within development of the spreadsheets even under complex scenarios (Bara & et. al., 2009). With a progression within the system, a major shift in the methods of managing business is identifiable. This change helps the key players of the business to keep a track over the diverse and changing environment and make accommodations in accordance with the same. Correspondingly, the people may face certain level of challenges to prepare the perfect data that would be suitable for maintaining a proper plan and enhance the overall effectiveness of the system (Bara & et. al., 2009). This has even been identified to be a huge development that is identifiable within the system points towards the effective needs of maintaining progressive domain for enhancing the system. Dashboards are not only complex, but are identified to be a set of new as well as developed means of system that helps in meeting with the diverse needs of the business. The integrated techniques that are associated with data mining are used in business intelligences that act as a positive support for developing the ability of the managers and meet with the needs of the complex business scenarios. The major challenges that could be identified within the strategic maintenance of the dashboards within a business are noted to be majorly aligned with the needs of illustrating a proper regulation within the existing system (Sujitparapitaya & et. al., 2012). This strategic integration of business intelligence within the system is identified to be developing the overall attribute that is associated with the operation of the organization by further improving the effectiveness of the business performance (Ranjan, 2009). Dashboards are identified to be a well-built system that helps in developing the overall credibility of the system and further enhance the effectiveness of the business to meet with the needs of progression under the complex system. With the progressive development, dashboards are noted to be mandatory for the organizations to assess whether the existing system is effective for maintaining the overall standardization of the business intelligence system (Elliott, 2003). The major need for developing the diverse and complex needs of the system, it is identifiable that the company must be developing its attributes for enhancing the effectiveness of the system and increase the capacity of performances for the overall system. Dashboards are identified to be having a diverse edge and attaining success within the complex business domain. This has been identified to be a competitive edge within the business system, as dashboards help in developing diverse strategies for understanding implications of the same in the domain of business intelligence for enhancing effectiveness in meeting with the dynamic requirements of the business within the complex scenarios. The organizations that are undergoing changes within the complex business scenarios are likely to face certain amount of complications to meet with the needs of the business. Thus, it is mandatory to integrate dashboards within the system for ensuring effective management of the business. This further helps in developing the overall system that are associated with the needs for managing the business even under complex business edge (Bara & et. al., 2009). The business that are catering services within the current complex dimensions are noted to be creating an immense stress on the organizations and affecting the overall development of the business. Dashboards are identifiable domain of the business arena that suffices the needs of the business. Additionally, it is noted that organizations face severe amount of complexes for facing several complications in having exact data available for computing the transactions that are associated with the development of the business under the changed environmental scenario (Bara & et. al., 2009). Benefits of Organizations from Business Intelligence The organizations are developing complex approaches to meet with the needs of the system to enhance the effectiveness and credibility of the business to meet with the complex needs of managing the business (Sujitparapitaya & et. al., 2012). Dashboards help in managing enormous data for maintaining the effectiveness of the system and enhance the ability of the managers to draw inferences from available resources. This will help the managers to develop the overall ability of the business to perform operations in accordance with the business requirements. Thus to manage the diverse business scenarios, dashboards help in identifying the diverse range of complexes and enormous amount of data for enhancing overall effectiveness to meet with the needs of diversity that is apparent amid the complex business environment (Pauwels & et. al., 2009). The management system that is identified within the changed operations of business intelligence could be associated with the effective management of the complex needs and enhance the efficiency of the system for developing transparency. An organization that has been performing in an effective manner is noted to be having an advantageous positioning for developing the overall credibility of the business and meeting with the diverse needs that are associated with the same (Sujitparapitaya & et. al., 2012). Dashboards help in the management of the organizations is often closely linked with the needs that are associated with the management of the diverse range of the products and dynamic system that could be aligned with organizational goals as well as objectives. The different approaches could be noted to be meeting the needs of the overall services, as the overall management of the business are majorly aligned with complex data associated with pre evidences of the system (Gibson & et. al., 2004). With the random shift of the business environment and changing situations that are evident within the system, dashboards are identified to be having a prolonged impact on the overall business performances. Thus, it is important for the managers to manage the complex scenario through effective management of resources and develop the overall ability of the organizations to perform (Guarda & et. al., 2013). Specific Recommendations Management of the system is important, as it helps in enhancing a dynamic system that would be sustainable to manage the complex business scenarios even under different business scenarios. With the diverse range of management, dashboards help in developing the social system for maintaining and enhancing the effectiveness for meeting with the complete needs, so that the competitive edge could be developed even when facing the complex business scenario. Business intelligence is identified to be one of the sole requisites that help in developing the credibility of the system and enhances the performances of the business by delivering specific needs of the business (Sujitparapitaya & et. al., 2012). Managing business within the system is identified to be one of the problematic needs and creates a diverse approach for meeting with social development and enhancing the overall attributes for illustrating the business domain within the social needs. In this respect, it can be recommended that dashboards help in managing the overall complex needs that could be handled by successfully implementing business intelligence (Pauwels & et. al., 2009). Commendably, business intelligence helps the business in making the exact data available at the right time and right place. By having an ease of information sharing, the business is identified to be prospering within the social and complex scenarios. These diverse scenarios are identified to be of complex in nature and in this context, developing an effective system would facilitate the business to perform operations sustainably and competitively (Sujitparapitaya & et. al., 2012). This could be recommended to be enhancing the effectiveness of the system and enhance the overall ability of the organization to have a sustainable edge within the complicated business environment. By nurturing business intelligence, the managers will be able to manage the data and increase the effectiveness of the system and the prospective options for developing a proper and sustainable business system (Sujitparapitaya & et. al., 2012). It is even identifiable that organizations that are successfully managing business intelligence are noted to be increasing the prominence within the global edge and develop effectiveness of the business with the integration of the dashboards. For developing the overall credibility, the organization must be developing an effective data mining and managing system, so that a stable system could be ensured with the successful development of the approaches for meeting with the needs of complex business scenario. This could be suggested that the business must be using the dashboards and the business intelligence processes for building an effective domain and enhancing the prominence of the business even under diverse conditions (Sujitparapitaya & et. al., 2012). Conclusion The development of an effective system is noted to be advantageous to the organizations that are developing their sustainability within the complex business scenarios and illustrating the needs of managing data. With an efficient management of the data, organizations will be able to develop credibility and meet with the needs of complexities that are prevalent within the needs of management and development. It is even identifiable that the organizations that are operating within the competitive edge are needed to be based on the sustainable management of data and successful development of the complex edges that are prominent within the system. This could be even identified that organizations that are failing to meet with the needs of data management are recognized to be having complex needs of sustainable management, so that the overall effectiveness could be ensured.
