The mossad is an elite group formed to help spy for the Jewish However, it has limited capa in countries far countries. Therefore, to further their interest in America and Europe, the mossad work with the sayanim. It is comprised of retired general and other prominent government official who provide vital information to the Israel government (Power point presentation).
Sayanim does not work on a daily basis, but members are called when need arises. It is the collaboration of sayanim with mossad that raises alarm in the country. The U.S government is angered by activities of sayanim in the country and prompted declaration of the way forward. Gates says that sayanim are guilt by associating with the mossad. It has been established that the Mossad poisoned Palestine leader while in Jordan. Nevertheless, ‘The Way Forward’ is not feasible because sayanim act on behalves of mossad (Power point presentation).
