One of the key reasons why US political elites are so indifferent to the overall sufferings of the Palestinians is the overall influence of the Jewish lobby in the US. There are powerful Jewish lobbies and influence groups which dominate the overall thought process and the political as well as economic decisions of the country. Since the overall linkages between the economic and political success of the political leaders therefore there is a clear inter-linkages between different factors which create the overall thinking of the political elites. The strong presence of the Zionist lobby within the US, therefore, tends to influence the overall foreign policy of the US and this lobby is so strong that the overall success of political leaders largely depends upon the support from this lobby.
