The questions assigned in exercise number 2 are aimed at assessing the self-confidence level of the respondents. The questions are structured to assess the ability of the respondents to chalk out plans, make clear objectives and achieve them. The questions are specifically designed to weigh up the ability of the respondents to face challenges with a positive attitude. The evaluation of this test indicates that I am a confident person with the ability to follow up on my plans (Nezu & Zurilla, 2007, p.28-33).

The end values in exercise 4 are designed to assess the respondent's end and instrumental values. The end values being calculated will give a fair idea regarding the goal of the end values of the respondents. Whether the end values of the respondents are personal or social a person driven by personal end values always tends to make a decision that gives personal satisfaction (Dowell, Israel, & Silzer, 2009, p.211). My score indicates that I am a person who is driven by social recognition and acceptance factor. According to the test I am also a person who tends to break moral conduct on a few rare occasions to achieve my goal.

The questions designed in exercise 5 are aimed to assess the emotional intelligence of the respondents. The questions in this exercise were mostly focused on the evaluation of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and the respondent's ability to manage relationships. The self-awareness that a person possess indicates a lot about the person’s ability to relate his or her existence with the surroundings (Mathews, Zeidner, & Roberts, 2004, p.214). Self-awareness is very essential for a person to have clarity regarding the objectives he or she wants to achieve. I am a person who has moderate self-awareness and self-management skills. However, in comparison, I have high relationship management skills.

Exercise 7 is designed to understand the ability of the respondent to utilize feedback for improvement. Self-improvement is an important feature in personality assessment.     How a person utilizes feedback indicates a lot about the person’s ability to improve and change. Feedback assessment can be categorized into three classes namely, Feedback seeking, feedback avoiding, and feedback mitigating. Respondents who come under feedback seeking are persons who prefer having feedback from their seniors (Fox & Cooper, 2007, p.175). I am a person who can understand my own mistake and act on them. I prefer keeping my seniors informed so that they are aware of my progress.

The question in exercise 13 is designed to assess the achievement motivation of a person. Understanding your talents and then deciding on a goal is a trait of a person who is very focused and clear about the future path that needs to be taken. I have an average personal vision of y future at this stage. I am aware of my talents and what I want to achieve but not very clear about how to pursue my goals. I find life exciting and purposeful I do discuss with my friends my future goals however I am yet to plan the way I will achieve my goals.

The result reflected in the assessment indicates that I am a person with the ability to fit in a leadership role. My mission is to imbibe life with a positive attitude. I want to experience life and grow with it. I want to understand my goals and take them step by step. I can understand my mistakes this gives me the choice to bring productive change in my attitude. I want to bring the necessary changes in my approach to life to be more focused. Through friends, family, and peers I expand my world.

Effective goal setting forms the key to the success of a leader. Goal setting forms one of the major factors which determine whether a person would be successful or not (Wilson & Dobson, 2008, p.3).

My goal of achieving contentment would be to cross the hurdles in life effectively and make it useful too. Being a student I would like to do this by regularly participating in college activities and making them successful (Ford, 2010, p.124).
