On the other hand scholarly journal is aimed towards other scholars in the said field; therefore, they have to be carefully reviewed by other scientists before they are published. The author will then have to make revisions on the article, and this results into few publications. Therefore, citation of scholarly journals requires specification of the volume number and issue number.
