Cheating and plagiarism, has increased over the past years, according to McCabe about two thirds of 14000 students he interviewed, admitted to having cheat in exams and also in assignments. However, some of the students do not know that plagiarism is illegal. While, others claim they do not understand what they are being taught, that is why they cheat.
