Secondly, some substances, which are related to stimulants, do not influence psychical opportunities. Third, not all the substances, which improve the results of a sportsman, are stimulants. They can be defined as biologically active substances, methods and ways of artificial improvement of sports achievements, which can damage the heath of a sportsman. Thus the lawful control over the use of stimulants represents a very controversial issue as there are many ways to be stimulated and many of them are not connected with chemical pharmacology.
